Stephanie Brooke

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Stephanie joined the CEP team in 2010 and draws on her 10+ years of clinical experience in serving as the COO of CEP. She is a graduate of University of South Florida, where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. In 2007, she graduated with honors from the University of Florida, where she completed her undergraduate studies in Athletic Training with a minor in Health Education and Behavior. She successfully treats long-standing, chronic injuries that have limited response to traditional treatment: hamstring strains, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, lateral/medial epicondylitis, and IT band dysfunction. With an innovative treatment approach, Stephanie has corrected movement dysfunctions and aided in muscle recovery for many pro athletes, marathon runners, and tri-athletes to enable them to continue training at high levels. In her off time, Stephanie enjoys reading, traveling, playing tennis and watching sports (especially the Gators!).

Brock Labelle

Brock is a graduate of Gannon University where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Brock completed his undergraduate studies at Castleton University where he earned a B.S in Exercise Science. While attending CU, Brock was a four-year member of the schools ice hockey team. Brock is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, improving the health and wellness of the community and advancing the physical therapy profession. Brock aims to work with patients to develop a personalized plan of care tailored to their individual needs. In his free time, Brock enjoys watching sports, exercising, traveling and spending time with family.

Nicole Mullen

Nici earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from South University and her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from the University of South Florida. Nici is passionate to be working in the growing field of physical therapy and helping individuals reach and exceed their fitness goals. She is dedicated to learning and providing innovative treatment options that will better the wellness and health of the Tampa Bay community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, kayaking, hiking, exploring the local scene, and entertaining her three furbabies.

Zachary Mason

Zach completed his education at Misericordia University where he earned his undergraduate degree and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. At Misericordia, Zach was a four-year member of the baseball team. Zach is driven to improve the well being of the community through patient oriented services and the use of evolving technology. Zach strives to assist individuals to reach their goals and return to their daily routine in a timely manner. In his free time, Zach enjoys attending local sporting events, playing golf, going to the beach and exercising.

Chrissy Bode

Chrissy is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. Chrissy is passionate about personalizing treatments to individual patient needs in order to return them to the activities they love. She emphasizes the use of evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and evolving technology to improve her patients’ quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, watching Tampa Bay sports teams, and trying out new restaurants.
