Megan graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, CO after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington. She is originally from the Green Lake area and is happy to be working in the neighborhood and community in which she grew up. Megan enjoys treating patients of all ages and believes that patient education and developing an individualized program to fit each patient’s lifestyle are key to recovery. Outside of physical therapy, Megan enjoys running, skiing, hiking, traveling and cheering on the UW Huskies and Seattle sports teams. Special Interests – Post-operative care, manual therapy, sports medicine including running and soccer injuries, shoulder, lower quadrant biomechanics, spine injuries, and motor vehicle injuries.

Aimee graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston after earning her Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from Gordon College. In 2010, Aimee and her husband re-located to the Pacific Northwest to enjoy the great outdoors. Her continuing education has focused on pelvic and pregnancy rehab, advanced manual techniques, and treatment of the thorax and pelvic areas. Aimee feels that excellent rehab focuses on treating the whole person and tailoring treatment to their individual situations and needs. Outside of her physical therapy work Aimee loves to run, swim, bike, knit, and explore the outdoors with her family. Special Interests: Pelvic floor rehab, pregnancy and postpartum rehab, spine, hips, pelvis, foot pain, and shoulder pain.

Megan earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston. After graduation, she pursued further training, earning her STOTT Pilates Instructor Certificate, and Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS). As a former Division I athlete and coach, she understands the need to create value for all her clients whether they are elite athletes or individuals just aspiring to be a little more active. Her coaching experience has given her the proficiency to be able to successfully communicate and motivate her clients in order for her to help her clients achieve their goals. Outside of her work she enjoys coaching club volleyball for the Dakine Volleyball Club. Special Interests: Youth athletes, including volleyball, basketball, soccer, football and all other youth athletes wanting to get back to the activities they love; low back pain, dancers and gymnasts, weekend warriors, knee and hip pain, ankle injuries, shoulder injuries, and post operative rehab.

Sabrina is originally from Washington and grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She attended Gonzaga University for her undergraduate work, and then after graduation, went on to receive her massage therapy certification. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas. Sabrina uses a combination of manual therapy techniques and functional movement patterns while tailoring a treatment plan to the unique lifestyle of her clients. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors with her husband and dog, going to the beach, fishing, crabbing, clamming, boating, hiking, skiing, watching movies, cooking, eating, dancing, playing soccer, and traveling. Special interests: Sports rehabilitation, low back pain, women’s health, lymphedema, migraines/headaches, TMJ, post-operative care, young athletes, and weekend warriors.

Rebecca Menday (Pelton)

Becky received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, after earning her Human Physiology degree from Gonzaga University. She has a strong background in biomechanical assessment, manual therapy, post-operative and sports rehabilitation. Through continuing education, she has earned special certifications in vestibular rehabilitation, running analysis, and chronic spine conditions. She is also certified in Astym® treatment, to help address acute and chronic soft tissue restrictions. Lastly, Becky is TPI certified. TPI Medical Certification gives medical professionals golf-specific injury assessment and rehabilitation techniques to get players back in the game. Special interests: Dancers/performing artists, vestibular and balance dysfunction, golfers, return to running, overuse injuries, pre-and post-operative care

Margaret "Lucy" Hughes

Lucy is originally from the Midwest and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Kenyon College in Ohio. She then moved to the Pacific Northwest, earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Washington. Currently, she is enrolled in the Ola Grimsby Institute’s residency program working toward her manual therapy certification. In addition to treating orthopedic conditions, Lucy specializes in treating pelvic floor conditions including pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic floor dysfunctions including bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, writing, dancing, art, and travel. Special interests: Pelvic Health, LE biomechanics, post-operative care, performing arts rehabilitation, yoga.

Crystal Liang

Crystal received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington and went on to receive a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. She became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in June of 2021. She is passionate about treating pelvic floor dysfunction/women’s health, in addition to general orthopedic conditions. Crystal specializes in treating pain and injuries to the spine and peripheral joints during pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic floor dysfunctions including bladder, bowel, sexual dysfunctions for both male and female parts, and dysfunctions of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). She also enjoys general orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation. Crystal believes that individualized treatment and compassionate care are the keys to patient empowerment and lasting results.

Amy is a native of Syracuse, NY and a graduate of Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY, receiving her B.S. degree in Clinical Health Studies; followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree Amy has a wide range of clinical experience treating various patient populations from geriatric to adolescent and general orthopedics. She also has a special interest in rehabilitating post-operative orthopedic patients. Amy is a compassionate and caring therapist who believes in providing each patient with extensive education on the nature of their injury as well as exercises and tools to help with injury prevention. Amy is enjoying her time outside of work exploring the city and all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Katie attended the University of Washington for both her undergraduate degree in Sociology and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Katie is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. In her first year of practicing, she completed the EIM Orthopedic Residency program and has utilized this knowledge in treating the orthopedic population. Katie chose a career in physical therapy because she wanted a job where she could help others be able to do what they love and encourage self advocacy in medicine. A dual citizen of the U.S. and Germany, Katie is an adventurer at heart – her favorite vacation was surf camp in Costa Rica. She loves to explore the outdoors with her dog, Bosley, and has been learning alpine climbing with The Mountaineers. Her favorite hobbies include hiking in the North Cascades, camping with a view, and reading a good book in her hammock.

Aidan Strein

Aidan was born and raised in New York City and received both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Ithaca College. Inspired by many summers spent in the Adirondacks, he moved to Washington in 2019 to take advantage of the outdoors and even spent a summer working on a commercial fishing boat in Alaska. Aidan enjoys treating patients of all ages and demographics and has experience treating a wide variety of conditions including post-operative care, sport and work-related injuries, Parkinson’s Disease, adolescents, and geriatrics. He is passionate about individualizing care as well as effective communication and education to empower and include the patient in their rehabilitation process. In his spare time Aidan enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors and with friends, pottery, and watching soccer. Special Interests: Post-operative rehabilitation, postural dysfunction, shoulder and knee injuries, weekend warriors.
