Kate Huyser recently moved to the PNW from Michigan, and enjoys staying active with hiking, water sports, and mountain biking. She enjoys working with a wide variety of diagnoses but has developed a passion for helping athletes optimize their performance and return to sport after injury. Dr. Lauren Astrup, PT

Lauren was born and raised in Bozeman, MT and has always had a love for the outdoors. Skiing, hiking, running, and recently, mountain biking are some of her favorite ways to spend free time. Anything that gets her outside and is human-powered, count her in! She went to college and physical therapy school in Missoula, Montana where her love of good coffee and craft beer grew. When not outside, you can find her reading, hanging out with friends, or watching Grey’s Anatomy. Lauren is always looking for new ways to get out and explore the Pacific Northwest! Mike was born and raised in Puyallup, WA. Growing up so close to Mount Rainier his passion for hiking began early. Since then he has also developed a passion for strength and conditioning as well as a growing interest for golf. Mike now lives in Edmonds with his wife Bryanna and spends weekends around the state with his dogs. Mark appreciates the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation for keeping patients healthy, active, and enjoying life. Mark is passionate about human movement and understanding the movement-specific biomechanics needs of each patient to facilitate patients returning to what it is they love doing. As a former collegiate swimmer, Mark enjoys working with athletes to prevent injury, improve performance, and rehabilitating sport-specific injuries. Mark enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities including hiking, running, snowboarding, and relaxing in a beautiful area with his fiancé, Jayme, and their dog Atlas. Dr. Justin White, PT

Justin was born and raised in Arlington, Wash. and has been active throughout his entire life. When he is not at work, Justin spends his free time with his wife and two young children (Baker and Everly) exploring the mountains and trails of the Cascades. He also enjoys training for triathlons, trail running, snowboarding and oil painting when time allows.

Dr. Declan Boyle PT, CSCS

Born in Ireland, Declan Boyle grew up in the Seattle area playing baseball and soccer. He rowed for four years during his time at Seattle University and remained a part of the rowing community after gradation as a coach for Lakeside School in Seattle. Declan has a special interest in working with active individuals and takes pride in his ability to listen to his patients while collaborating with them to develop a plan of care that is individualized to their needs. He enjoys being outside, climbing mountains, running, resistance training, and exploring new places to eat.
