Kirsten Ross, PT
Kirsten was born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa. Growing up with her father’s medical practice on their property, she was introduced to a love for helping people at a young age and was able to see first hand how the little things done when caring for others can make a big impact. Kirsten studied BSc Medical Sciences majoring in Anatomy and Physiology and continued to Physiotherapy school, completing her thesis in the effects of KT tape on balance. Soon after graduating she completed her certification in Dry Needling Therapy and also became a certified Pilates Instructor with additional accreditation in Prenatal Pilates. When not at the clinic, Kirsten spends most of her time keeping up with her two boys and exploring the PNW. She enjoys cooking a variety of dishes, baking, reading, dancing, paddle boarding, walking, hiking, skiing, camping, and traveling. Specialties Include: Certified Pilates Instructor with additional accreditation in Prenatal Pilates
Dr. Rama Varatkar, PT

Rama Varatkar specializes in evidence based treatments of various orthopedic conditions. She believes in treating the root cause rather than just the symptoms. She understands that any injury can affect the quality of life and hence, she is dedicated to her patients providing individually customized care and getting them back to their life. Rama being multi-lingual, she can communicate with her patients effectively in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Dr. Sujaya Deodhar, PT

Dr. Sujaya Deodhar PT, DPT has been a physical therapist for over 15 years and worked in diverse settings in the USA as well as in the India. After coming to the United States in 2007 for her Master's and later pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy, she has proudly called IRG her home for the past 3 years. Sujaya takes every opportunity for continuing education to polish her skills and keep her knowledge up to date for current evidence-based practices. She enjoys treating across the spectrum including but not limited to Orthopedic Injuries, Pre and Post-Operative Care, Vestibular Rehab, Post Concussion Syndrome, Headaches and more. When she is not giving patients the tools to take ownership of their personal rehabilitation; she loves hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
