Matthew Noble

PHYSICAL THERAPIST BIO

Dr. Matthew Noble earned his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Woman’s University in May 2015. While at TWU, he completed a cardiac rehabilitation internship at Medical City Lewisville as well as volunteered with the Texas Special Olympics. He went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in Temple in 2019. During his education at UMHB, he completed internships in neurological rehabilitation at TIRR Memorial Hermann as well as sports medicine rehabilitation. He also conducted a research study on the relationship between landing mechanics and lower quarter injury in college female athletes.

I am grateful to be apart of the team at Lott’s. I finished school in Abilene at Hardin-Simmons University and then moved here to join my husband. While in school, I received the Midwest District Excellence Award which was a humbling experience. We love the community here and are having an awesome time establishing our roots. I enjoy Crossfit, activities at Grace Community, and taking care of our dogs and chickens!

Dr. Caitlin Sieck was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle near Amarillo, Tx. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas Tech University in December 2015. Dr. Sieck went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2020 from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Her fiancé and she recently moved to the area and are excited to be a part of this awesome community. Dr. Sieck enjoys going to the lake, working out, spending time with family, and cheering on her fiancé and the Westwood Panthers! Dr. Sieck is grateful to be a part of the Lott team and help each patient reach their mobility and function goals!

David Lott

Dr. David Lott graduated with a BA in Biology from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hardin Simmons University. Dr. Lott is an ABPTS Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and is a certified McKenzie Therapist (Cert MDT). Dr. Lott received the Ruby Decker Award for Most Outstanding Physical Therapist in 2007, which is the highest distinction a Physical Therapist can receive in Texas, as well as the Warren C. Smythe Award in 2007 for most outstanding contribution to the physical therapy profession by a private practitioner in Texas. In 2011, his practice was selected APTA’s 2011 Private Practice of the Year and his alma mater, Hardin Simmons University, awarded him HSU Outstanding Alumni. Dr. Lott specializes in orthopedic, back, neck, and spinal rehabilitation; however, enjoys all aspects of outpatient therapy ranging from geriatric balance and deconditioning issues to athletic injuries.

Raymond Devanna

Dr. Raymond Devanna earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2011. Dr. Devanna completed an American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists accredited residency in Orthopedics at UTSW and is Board Certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He holds an additional certification specializing in the assessment and management of spine-related conditions through the McKenzie Institute. He has been published in a prestigious peer-reviewed journal and continues to be involved in research and governmental affairs for the growth of the physical therapy profession. He specializes in orthopedics including upper and lower extremity and spinal rehabilitation, and he enjoys working with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population including competitive and recreational athletes, pediatric and geriatric patients, and post-surgical patients.
