Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Marquette University. During her undergraduate career, Kate became a certified personal trainer. She then went on to open a Wellness Department at the Helfaer Recreation Center, where she managed group fitness, personal training, and free fitness assessments. Kate then transferred into the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program at Marquette University. Kate excels in hands-on skills using manual therapy techniques that she studied under a Fellow of Manual Therapy, such as joint/soft tissue mobilization, manipulation, and muscle energy techniques. Kate’s specialty services include: Tactical Athlete Health & Performance Institute (TAHPI) provider, clinical instructor, ACL-Return to Play Standard Testing, Occupro Work Conditioning and Hardening certified, Functional Capacity Evaluation provider, Dry Needling certified, and Graston Technique© certified.
