Stephanie earned her doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to obtaining her DPT, Stephanie received her Bachelors in Applied Health Sciences, Pre-PT from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside where she competed on the Division 2 Women's Basketball Team. Stephanie played professional basketball in Germany for 2 years before returning to complete her DPT. She enjoys working with athletes of all ages, with a special interest in injury prevention in female athletes. Fun fact: she lives in a tiny home on wheels and has 2 french bulldogs.

Jacob Herberger

Jake earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In addition to being a DPT, he is also a certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Associated, and certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) practitioner. Prior to obtaining his DPT, Jake spent multiple years working as part of the Athletic Training team for the Chicago Bears & the Windy City Bulls and currently treats a large population of amateur & professional golfers from around the Midwest. While Jake thoroughly enjoys treating athletes of all kinds, he also loves to find the missing element that allows patients to reach their functional & performance based goals.

Mary Clemons

Mary earned a doctorate degree (DPT) from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She is also a certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and earned that degree from University of Illinois in Champaign. She worked with numerous Division I athletic programs during her time with U of I. She treats orthopedic conditions with a special interest in the athletic population, as well as total joint replacements. She is also certified in working with Tactile Athletes and specializes in developing return to work programs for Firefighters and Police Officers. She enjoys working with the Women’s Health population and is trained in Obstetrics and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. She is certified in dry needling; instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and blood flow restriction therapy. She focuses on her patient’s needs during their treatment and individualizes their plan of care based on their impairments and goals in order to produce the highest level of function.
