MEET OUR PHYSICAL THERAPY STAFF
Bethany Hainje is a native to the Lafayette area attending McCuthcheon High School where she played basketball, softball and golf. Bethany continued her education and athletic career completing her undergraduate degree at Saint Joseph’s College where she competed as a college athlete in golf. Bethany then continued to complete Physical Therapy Assistant school with the University of Indianapolis. Bethany has experience in a variety of settings including an inpatient hospital setting, inpatient rehab setting as well as outpatient settings. Bethany’s background includes vast experience with sports and orthopedic injuries including return to play as well as a strong understanding of postoperative rehabilitation and protocols. Bethany has utilized her continuing education time to gain knowledge in strength and conditioning becoming certified as a Champion Performance Specialist which looks at the break down of specific movements. Bethany is also certified in ASTYM.
Lauren Conner completed her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA (2014). Before that, she graduated from Willamette University in Salem, OR with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (2011). She earned her certification in hand therapy (CHT) in 2019. She has experience in a variety of settings, including a large hospital in Seattle, a rural outpatient clinic, and now at Team Rehabilitation since 2018. Lauren, her husband Daniel, and their 1-year-old son James live in West Lafayette.
Kyle Bailey completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University in 2020. Prior to that, he graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN with his bachelor’s degree in Movement and Sports Science in 2016. He has completed clinical rotations in multiple settings, including outpatient orthopedics and neurological physical therapy, along with acute care experience. He has been with Team Rehabilitation since 2020. Kyle has experience working with many different orthopedic conditions as well as experience working with vestibular patients. He also has training and experience with dry needling for multiple conditions. Kyle currently lives in West Lafayette. When he is not in the clinic he will be cheering on his favorite sports teams, including the Purdue Boilermakers, the St. Louis Cardinals, and the Denver Broncos.
Bill attended the University of North Florida where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health while playing baseball for the University’s nationally ranked team. After personally rehabilitating from knee surgery to return to play, Bill returned to school to complete his professional degree in Physical Therapy (1997) His background includes vast experience with sports and orthopedic injuries, including return to play, work and daily function including postoperative conditions as well as a strong level of comfort with neurological conditions. Bill has a clear working knowledge of the team communication necessary to get injured workers and athletes back to work or play in a timely manner. He has utilized his continuing education time to provide his patients with the most effective Strength, Conditioning and Manual techniques to speed their recovery.
