Dr. Lindsey Fisher

Dr. Lindsey Fisher PT, DPT is a graduate from the University of the Sciences’ Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Dr. Fisher began her interest in physical therapy while attending the University of Illinois where she was a scholarship Division I soccer goalkeeper and team captain. Upon receiving her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, she went on to play professional soccer in Oslo, Norway for Team Strommen soccer club. Upon return to the United States, she became an assistant coach and goalkeeper coach at the Division I collegiate level at Villanova University. Dr. Fisher spent two years at Villanova where she was highly involved in injury prevention for the team. Dr. Fisher has also been very active as a youth soccer club coach of all ages. She has a passion to help prevent injuries for athletes of all levels, while also rehabbing them back to the playing field.

Dr. Phil Francabandera

Dr. Phil Francabandera received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University in 2015. He enjoys working with orthopedic and musculoskeletal populations with pain or movement related dysfunction in the joints and muscles of the body. Phil is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner and is a huge believer in the power of hands on manual therapy as a strong treatment approach to improve movement and decrease pain. He believes in a patient centric approach in which each treatment plan is specific to the individual being seen for physical therapy. Phil has a background in sports as a strength and conditioning coach for the Seattle Mariners. He also has experience providing strength and conditioning to professional athletes, division I collegiate athletes, and elite amateurs. His strong passion for athletics and injury prevention led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. Phil takes pride in providing education to patients to help guide them to a more healthy and fit lifestyle.

Dr. Alex Spector PT, DPT is a recent graduate of Widener University, where he earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. While at Widener University, Dr. Spector was able to have an increased focus on manual therapy and believes it is an important tool to jumpstart patient’s recovery and independence. As a new team member at Total Performance Physical Therapy, Dr. Spector is excited to have the chance to positively impact the lives of his patients. Dr. Spector found his passion for physical therapy throughout his athletic career. He played football and baseball, later going on to play baseball at the division III level. Dr. Spector also has a strong desire to help others, which has led his physical therapy focus to outpatient orthopedics. Dr. Spector is thrilled to offer patient-centered care and believes in treating patients through a whole-body approach.
