MEET OUR PHYSICAL THERAPY STAFF
In 1999, Pam opened her private practice and the practice has grown from a solo practice to include five physical therapists and state of the art equipment. Pam and her staff continually strive towards excellence in patient care. Pam has also had the wonderful opportunity to work with dancers and actors in numerous Broadway and Off-Broadway productions. Although she no longer works directly in the theaters, she is often asked by the Actors Equity League to lecture to cast members on injury prevention when performing on inclined/raked stages. Pam has completed many intensive work-shops and has specialist certifications for spine, hip and knee rehabilitation and her scope of knowledge also includes women’s health issues and the active aging adult. Pam is an avid skier and runner. She also enjoys yoga and meditation, playing tennis, cycling and hiking, but Pam is most proud to be a physical therapist, business owner and a mom.
In 2001, Kristen became Pam’s first employee and helps Paspa Physical Therapy maintain its clinical excellence by continually taking orthopedic and sport related courses to further her knowledge in the field. Kristen grew up playing many sports including; softball, swimming, soccer and basketball. After college, Kristen played competitive rugby for over ten years, lending to her experience with on and off field sports injuries. Having experienced many injuries and orthopedic surgeries herself, Kristen is able to fully relate to her patients during their recovery process. She is an avid tennis player and golfer and has taken many courses pertaining to these sports as well as the biomechanics of the golf swing. As a mother of two active children, her orthopedic interests also include women’s health issues pertaining to pre and post natal care.
