Dr. Mike Klejmont is a dedicated provider who gives exceptional care to patients of all ages, with a focus on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular rehabilitation. Mike utilizes manual therapy to promote healing, integrative therapy, and virtual reality training. Mike’s mix of modern medical techniques and his devoted personal care make him the standard for all doctors to follow. After graduating from Rutgers University, Mike went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Rutgers School of Health Related Professions. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner. Mike is also a Certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting and has plentiful experience with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular rehabilitation.

Dr. Gary Struble, one of the founding members of our clinical team, is well-respected across the entire North Jersey area as an exemplary spinal and orthopedic specialist. He has helped thousands of patients return to health and achieve their goals over his past 15 years with the organization.​ Gary has been recognized by The McKenzie Institute International as a Specialist in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of Spine Injuries and is further recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. His specialist certifications in both Orthopedics and Spinal treatment distinguish him as part of the most highly credentialed 1% of all providers in the nation. As a former high school and collegiate athlete himself, Gary has a particular interest in working with athletes of all ages and helping them get back in the game. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of both the Rutgers School of Health Related Professions and Kean University.

Dr. Rago’s approach to patient care aligns with NJCPT’s philosophy because he delves into understanding each of his patients needs to provide individualized treatment plans to create better outcomes. ​ Chris graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences before continuing to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Quinnipiac. There, he was selected as the graduate assistant for the motion analysis lab, where he furthered his knowledge of the biomechanical model and its application to physical therapy. Specifically, Chris researched the effects of fatigue on lower extremity biomechanical control in athletes and was chosen to present his research at four nationally recognized conferences, including the American College of Sports Medicine conference in San Diego.

Dr. Femi Betiku is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a dual focus in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. He is passionate about both alleviating every patient’s symptoms and eradicating the underlying cause. Each patient is treated with compassion and understanding as Femi guides them through every step of the therapy process. He utilizes targeted manual therapy techniques and neuromuscular re-education to optimize success, so his patients can return to doing what they love.​ Femi completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Rutgers University and went on to earn his Doctorate from New York University. Through his experiences, Dr. Betiku has developed a deep passion for treating the most complex of musculoskeletal cases. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist, as well as a Pilates Method Alliance certified Pilates teacher with an emphasis in rehabilitative Pilates.

Zach Cohane

Dr. Zach Cohane is a highly-skilled and accomplished Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for treating patients with orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries. Using an integrative approach comprised of advanced manual therapy, the most up-to-date medical techniques, and dedicated, personalized care, Dr. Cohane helps each patient achieve their goals. Zach’s experience as a lifelong learner, teacher, and researcher empowers him to connect to his patients with a profound understanding of their needs, which is the basis for the individualized whole-body programs he designs. Additionally, he is certified in Rocktape and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Dr. Cohane began his career as a science teacher after receiving his bachelor’s in Biology, and his educational master’s in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University. While he was an educator, Zach researched technology integration in the classroom, developed activities to improve the understanding of the STEM fields, and analyzed modeling practices in science education. Following his passion for learning, Dr. Cohane earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. While there, his research investigated balance and gait dysfunction in Alzheimer’s patients. And, he authored publications on the discovery of new genes in two different species. Zach is also a fervent advocate for both athletes and geriatric patients, as he feels they are often underserved in healthcare.

Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University with diverse studies in biology, chemistry, anatomy, and physiology. She then earned her Doctorate from Rutgers University, receiving the prestigious Clinical Excellence Award for her patient care. Rachel’s passion for philanthropy is evidenced in her leadership with the New Jersey Special Olympics, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation, the Tim Tebow Foundation, and mentoring children at her local church.

Volunteering in the Physical Therapy Pro Bono Clinic, Jerry learned the value of building patient rapport, thorough communication, and precision in diagnoses. Playing linebacker on Misericordia's first football team, Jerry understands the mindset needed to get athletes back in the game after an injury. He utilizes the most up-to-date scientific approaches and cutting-edge treatments to restore vital functional movement to all patients.
